Driver Requirements

• CDL Class A (Haz-Mat endorsement highly desirable)
• At least 1 year recent, verifiable, T/T experience
• Be at least 23 years of age
• Acceptable MVR
• No Reckless/DUI/DWI convictions w/in last 5 years
• Felonies require Safety clearance
• These positions require exceptional Class A drivers with at least 1 year over-the-road tractor/trailer experience pulling dry vans or reefer units. (While a Hazardous Materials endorsement will not be required to come aboard, it is strongly recommended that you be willing to get one within a reasonable time frame.)
• Our pay rates are highly competitive and drivers can earn increases based on their performance, not just longevity. Our freight is over 95% no touch and we can offer exceptional miles and home time as required.

Over the Road Driving Positions:

Solos:

• 600 – 3200 miles per week (average out 2-3 weeks)
• Starting at $0.66 to $0.68 CPM in the mileage area
• Stop Pay is $30.00 per stop after your first stop.
• In addition, there is detention pay after 2 hours, and hourly pay for local work.
• Extra mileage pay for HazMat loads

Team:

• 5000 - 6000 miles per week (minimum out 3 weeks)
• $0.74 to $0.76 All Miles
• Stop Pay is $30.00 per stop after your first stop.
• In addition, there is detention pay after 2 hours, and hourly pay for local work.
• $0.05 cpm for HazMat loads

Regional Drivers:

• Home weekends (out 2-4 nights per week)
• Hourly pay starting at $30 to $31 per hour
• Mileage rate $0.66- to $0.68 cpm for trips dispatched out of hourly area

Local Drivers:

• Hourly rates starting at $29.00 to $30.00
• Assigned late model daycabs.
